Common beech 'Riversii' is an upright, broad and conical growing large tree. It usually reaches a height of 10 - 15 m and is approx. 8 - 10 m wide. Rapidly growing. It usually grows 40 - 50 cm per year.

The deciduous leaves of the Common beech 'Riversii' are red, ovate, alternate, wavy. They are about 5 - 10 cm in size.

Preferred location in a sunny to semi-shady position.

Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the soil is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).
