    The Hazel 'Red Majestic' (Corylus avellana) is a bizarre shrub that produces red flowers arranged in catkins. They appear from February to March. Red-brown nuts emerge from these from September. The Hazel 'Red Majestic' also has roundish, dark red leaves.
